Mark Simpson, Operations Manager Midwest Division

     Mark has nineteen years of experience managing a wide variety
     of personnel on large scale complex construction sites
     for government clients.

     As Midwest Operations Manager he is directly responsible for all      phases of fieldwork including planning, execution, cost tracking
     and client interface. For the past 19 years Mark has been
     responsible for construction projects involving the USAF, Army
     Corps of Engineers, Department of Energy, Illinois Air National
     Guard and the USDA.

Projects include: HVAC system upgrade and repair at Scott AFB Commissary repairs, Louisville District USACE VA Hospital, St. Louis MO Dept of Energy/MK Ferguson, Weldon Spring Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District
