Hammer is SBA certified as an 8(a) company which allows us to receive sole source government contracts up to $3 million. We are also certified as a HUBZone business. This designation also means the SBA can guarantee surety bonds for HUBZone companies from 80% to 90%. Contracting with Hammer helps the government agencies meet their goals for utilizing HUBZone organizations. Since September 2000 all federal agencies and departments are participating in the HUBZone program.
Hammer is also a VA Recognized Service Disabled Veteran Owned business and can accept sole source Veterans Administration contracts up to $5 million dollars.
